You have 30 days to return your purchase if you are not satisfied for any reason. Please email us to notify us that you will be returning your order(s). Returned product must be new and not installed. It must have all of the accessories, manuals and box present and in unused condition. If anything is missing or the product has been used and shows signs of wear then a 25% restocking fee will be applied to your refund. Shipping and Insurance charges are not refundable. You must ship the product at your own expense and insured. You must include a copy of your order with your return. Until your return is in our hands, you are responsible for it. We are not responsible for loss or damage of your return on the way to us. Once we receive your return we will process your refund with in 7 days.
Defective Product
If you receive a defective product you need to contact our technical support. If our tech support determines that your product is defective and needs to be returned for exchange or repair, then you will need to fill out our RMA Form to receive a RMA #. Once you submit the form you will receive a RMA # and directions for shipping your product back. Upon receipt of the defective product we will repair your product or replace it with a new product and ship it back to you at our cost.
